And Here We Are Again
The Inconsistencies of Garlasco
As always, Grimaldi’s article yesterday was precise and punctual, highlighting with intellectual honesty all the anomalies surrounding the so-called Garlasco case.
The fundamental question, while fully agreeing with the entire analysis, is: why—with all due respect, really—has a whole platoon of journalists, consultants, and lawyers (who is paying them?) been mobilized for a “simple” shop assistant? What is the point? It seems far too simplistic to say that “if Sempio falls,” the system falls...
Rather, one has to wonder who manages the system, and how and where the massacre of Chiara Poggi fits into it.
What is the common denominator between the suspect and those who manage the so-called “system”? After all, it is obvious that such an array of professionals is only justified if there is someone very high up to protect, rather than a simple shop assistant.
